Summary

Ascendant is a squad-based tactical FPS with serious balls. Each match is different, with game-changing events and adrenaline-fueled battles. Set in a dynamic BioPunk world where everything wants to kill you; fight to extract resources, and get out with more than just your dignity.

Storyline

A series of cataclysmic events known as the Cascade has left the world all but uninhabitable. In a last ditch effort to survive, a subset of mankind place themselves in a deep cryo-sleep to wait out the planet's natural recovery. But when they wake up, it's into a world beyond recognition.

Isolated to small settlements surrounding bioengineered earthtrees--enormous trees designed to keep the hostile wilderness at bay--Ascendant is humanity's struggle to survive in this brand new world. Only the bravest dare venturing out from the safety of the settlement in search of the resources required to endure. Do you have what it takes?
